In the event that you receive a defective item, we will exchange it for you within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned to us. If the item is indeed defective, then we will refund the cost of the return shipping and send you a replacement or exchange the item free of charge. NOTE THAT WE CANNOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ANY ITEM THAT IS NOT RETURNED TO US. Non-media items, such as clothing or keyboards, may be returned for a full refund within 14 days provided that the buyer pays all shipping costs. No returns after 2 weeks.
